Install infrastructure software, applications and databases.\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tMove EDUC project to default application. Configure new server for UW authenticated portal and anonymous portal.\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tRedirect application that will display &quot;Down&quot; message during migration and then redirect to new server after.\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tRefine Shibboleth configuration and install notes.
